Dry seaming gives us excellent results in terms of seaming performance, speed of execution and machine longevity. Because there's no water, no water treatment is required. All that's required is to wash the glass as it leaves the machine, but this is also the case with water seaming. Dust-wise, we have a particle recovery system at the seaming source, but also a negative pressure chamber around the machine to filter the air so as not to release this particle contamination into your plant. We have machines that have celebrated their 15th anniversary of operation thanks to the environmental conditions of dry seaming.

We recommend interior glass supports with attachment poles often used in cube vans, which we install in your own enclosed trailer. The enclosed trailer is more suitable, with a softer suspension, and provides a workbench and storage space. Your goods are protected from bad weather, overflow and theft. If the purpose of the trailer changes along the way, you always have the option of selling your trailer separately from your glass rack and obtaining full market value.
