Our tables are compatible with all horizontal cutting lines on the market.

Automatic or manual drawer system with Shuttle (multiple option for drop station available)

Shuttle free fall HD.png

Another innovation by Bromer. Our obsession with maximizing storage efficiency led us to develop a storage system over thirty years ago—a system that allows access to your inventory without the need to move materials. The system also utilizes the top surface area to optimize floor space and is earthquake-resistant, as your materials are securely housed within a rigid structure.

This innovation has evolved into systems capable of being repositioned so that glass can be directly reloaded onto a cutting line. Our systems are the most widely used in the market, with hundreds of shuttles and thousands of drawers in operation.

Whether your cutting line is supplied by a free-fall loading table or an automated vacuum-loading system from various manufacturers, our systems integrate seamlessly to ensure optimal performance.

Conveyor

Pop up convetor.png

We manufacture conveyors specifically designed for the flat glass industry. Whether you need a conveyor with rubber donuts, rollers, or toothed belts, with options for casters for retractable batch stacking, vertical tilting for loading or unloading, we have the skills and expertise developed over more than 40 years.

This service is fully customizable to meet your specific requirements.

X-Seamer

Our X-belt sanders are built with a robust aluminum frame that resists corrosion. The arrangement of abrasive belts sands both sharp edges in a single pass. Ideal for feeding a tempering furnace, but also effective for reducing hand injuries. Our bearing components are of superior quality, and replacement parts are readily available.

Designed for use in dry conditions or with an optional water injection system, these sanders are built to last. They are specifically designed to accommodate the most widely available standard abrasive belts.

application table

The rotary table for polysulfide application is designed to hold the sealed unit on an elevated suction cup device, a few centimeters above the handling rollers, and perform an adjustable motorized rotation for the application of polysulfide or silicone in the sealed unit manufacturing process.

The rotary table for polysulfide application features adjustable rotation speed for the operator. Several options are available.

Caster table

Our roller tables are fully customized to meet your needs. Made from structural steel compliant with the strictest North American standards, they are durable and robust. They are built with our specially designed rollers for glass use, or you can choose to use rollers of your preference. We also offer the option of retractable sections for personnel access.

Cold roll press

Cold Press logo3.png

The cold roller press is designed to standardize the thickness of sealed units after the initial application of polysulfide. It ensures the consistency and precision required for insertion into extrusion frames, providing a significant advantage in enhancing the performance and quality of sealed units.

Whether you are producing single, double, or triple spacer units, the cold roller press delivers incredible performance, speed, and precision. It can be manually or automatically adjusted with the optional integration of an automatic thickness reader, allowing you to process various types or thicknesses sequentially while capturing the necessary measurements.

Safety devices at the entry, exit, and receiving area prevent impacts between sealed units, ensuring precision and protection that minimize unit breakage. Built with robust construction using steel that meets North American standards, the press offers adjustable feed speeds ranging from 20 to 60 feet per minute.

Dual tilt angle table for liquid lamited filling

The dual-axis tilting table for filling laminated glass with liquid tilts along two axes, enabling faster filling without air bubbles. Our tables feature pneumatic retaining clips with adjustable pressure on the X-axis to apply the desired force to the assembly. This retention minimizes deformation during filling.

The clips are movable to optimize for the assembly dimensions you use. The lifting system is hydraulic, ensuring optimal stability during the filling process. Each axis is individually adjustable.

Tilt Caster table for loading or unloading

We offer tilting roller tables for loading, unloading, or aligning glass. Regardless of the desired size, we design them according to your needs and requirements. Everything is fully customizable, including roller spacing, the height of thresholds when the table is vertical, horizontal height, roller type, lifting mechanism, and even the color—all are variable parameters on the final product.

Automatic and manual free fall loading table

Loading table G1700 HD 1.png

An original innovation by Bromer Inc, our free-fall automatic loading tables are the most efficient on the market. Operation times are fast, and the purchase and operating costs are lower than vacuum-loading systems. These highly reliable systems are built with the durability and high standards of the past in mind.

We offer two formats to better suit your needs. Ideal for small box formats, standard glass bundles, and even jumbo sizes for thicknesses ranging from 1.5mm to 8mm. Free-fall automatic loading tables are adaptable to all horizontal cutting lines on the market.

They feature a three-position travel capability for a total of six different glass stations. It is possible to integrate a shuttle and drawer system, either manual or fully automated, on one or multiple stations. The possibilities are endless.

A vertical tilting system for loading heavy glass is also available. Additionally, we offer several options to further customize the system to your specific needs.

Suction cup loader

In response to numerous requests, we have developed a vacuum unloading system designed for use with glass cases commonly utilized by door and window manufacturers. Its compact design and versatility reduce the space required for factory implementation.

The system can supply glass with either longitudinal or transverse transfer operations. It is ideal for use with a shuttle system for cases.

Conveyor whit loading bar option

We manufacture conveyors specifically designed for the flat glass industry. Whether you need a conveyor with rubber donuts, rollers, or toothed belts, with options for casters for retractable batch stacking, vertical tilting for loading or unloading, we have the skills and expertise developed over more than 40 years.

This service is fully customizable to meet your specific requirements.

Automatic Edge deletor

Edge deletor HD.png

The automatic edge deleter is designed for creating an abrasion line or applying polysulfide or silicone in the manufacturing of sealed units, also known as thermopanes. The automatic edge deleter handles the X and Y axes automatically and can be programmed to optimize operation time.

The automatic edge deleter heads now feature mechanical movements with axis motorization powered by electric motors for enhanced precision and ultimate adjustment. It is equipped with systems to collect glass dust and abrasion debris, minimizing contamination of the surrounding air.

Loading / unloading conveyor

We offer a wide range of loading systems with multiple options to meet your needs. Whether the loading conveyor works alongside an overhead crane loading system for a cutting line or supplies a film application line for glass, our conveyors are tailored to your requirements.

Automatic seaming machine

The high-capacity automatic sander is designed to operate under the toughest conditions. It is reliable and durable, specifically built to exceed industry lifespan expectations. Our X-belt sander heads are crafted with a robust and lightweight aluminum frame to ensure the longevity of linear bearings and mechanical components. Our bearing components are of superior quality, and replacement parts are readily available. The sander is specifically designed for the most widely available standard abrasive belts on the market.

The high-capacity automatic sander uses a dry sanding process. Dry sanding has significantly less harmful impact on the mechanics and durability of electrical components. It is much safer for handling energy-efficient glass, as no liquids come into contact with it.

Contaminated air is collected directly at the sanding heads. Additionally, the sander is surrounded by a negative air pressure chamber that captures and purifies the air using filters. Despite the negative air pressure chamber, the high-capacity automatic sander remains the most compact on the market.

If you plan to use the same machine for over 10 years, the Bromer high-capacity automatic sander is your solution. Multiple sizes and options are available.

Automatic returnable steel rack shuttle system with suction cup loader
