Our X-belt sanders are built with a robust aluminum frame that resists corrosion. The arrangement of abrasive belts sands both sharp edges in a single pass. The dual-axis tilting table for filling laminated glass with liquid tilts along two axes, enabling faster filling without air bubbles. The high-capacity automatic sander uses a dry sanding process. Dry sanding has significantly less harmful impact on the mechanics and durability of electrical components. It is much safer for handling energy-efficient glass, as no liquids come into contact with it.

Contaminated air is collected directly at the sanding heads. Additionally, the sander is surrounded by a negative air pressure chamber that captures and purifies the air using filters. Despite the negative air pressure chamber, the high-capacity automatic sander remains the most compact on the market.
